You will follow me on my two month journey to make myself a better person, and hopefully learn some valuable tips and tricks a long the way. You are welcomed to join me on my quest for all around satisfaction, which will include making you and myself healthier Physically, Mentally, Spiritually, Emotionally, Intellectually, and Environmentally. You should improve upon at least two of these types of health daily, and more than that is encouraged! Here are some tips for starting out:
#1 SET GOALS. One of the most important things I can tell you to improve your well being, or to overcome any obstacle for that matter, is to set a goal for yourself. If you never set a goal, you will never reach it. Be careful not make it too difficult or out of reach, make sure it is something realistic such as losing one pound every week , or finishing your book in a month. Write it down, keep track of your progress on a calendar, on your phone, or in a notebook. Stick to those goals, keep visualizing yourself with the with the target goal accomplished. Here is an example, one my goals : I am 5'4"(162cm) and I weigh 130lbs.(59kg). I am hoping to get down to 115lbs.(52kg.) in two months. I will eat healthier, and exercise to get down to my target weight.
#2 GET A PARTNER. Another HUGE help with becoming a better person is to do it with a friend, preferably one that has close to the same views as you, that way you can work on and complete your goals together!
#3 START SLOWLY. If you aren't used to working out or eating healthy, reading, or talking to people and you try to do everything all at once, you will have a hard time completing your goals. You need to take it slow, and give yourself time to adjust.
#4 GET USED TO IT. You aren't going to be a better person temporarily, you are being a better person for life. Being happier, eating healthier, and treating others well are all things that you will get used to, and they will become a part of your everyday routine. Being a better person is not just something to "try out", it is a permanent lifestyle.

I will continue writing about my personal goals, and my journey. Feel free to tag along, and to share my advice with others! Good luck!
